Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

If your order is in stock, we will process the charges to your credit card and it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. You will know exactly where your product is at all times. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@liberatedgarage.com.  Expected delivery timeframe once an order has shipped is 3-5 business days.

 


We offer FREE shipping on all our products!

However, very large and heavy items that require a truck dock for delivery will have an additional fee if shipping to a residential address or if no truck dock is available. 

 


Freight Shipping

If you order a large product that requires a freight carrier (not UPS, FedEx), there will be an additional fee for delivery if you do not have a truck dock available. If you are a residential address, you must select the appropriate option at checkout. Not doing so will result in your shipment being returned, having to schedule another delivery date, and paying a re-delivery fee.

 


Inspect for Damages Upon Arrival

This is very important! You will have to inspect the package for any damage when it arrives. If the carton is crushed don't sign the delivery slip! The delivery slip is a legal document, and when you sign it you are stating that the product was delivered in mint condition. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@liberatedgarage.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.  PLease also note the damage on the Bill of Lading prior to signing it and have the driver initial next to the noted damage.

 


Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.


Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@liberatedgarage.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
